Well, I finally got the Security Problem with my Website fixed and the www.seniorflow.net website is back operating again. Apparently it was working on some computers and not on others. While I still don’t understand why it did that, the site is now operating on all computers, including my own.
I will be modifying my focus a little bit. In the past, I focused on mostly Seniors in the age 60 to 75 plus age group. Since I recently turned 85, I’ve discovered there is very little reliable information for Seniors in the age group 70 and up. Most information available in books and on the internet seems to be for the 50 to 70 age group. As a result, I will be focusing on two groups: Early Seniors in the age group aged 55 to 75 and more “mature” Seniors in the 70 and up age group. Note there is a five year overlap between 70 and 75. All will focus on the Four Pillars of Positive and Functional Aging: Body, Being, Lifestyle and Legacy.
I expect to do a lot more writing on these topics, including a book focusing on the above “Four Pillars”. I also plan to do a limited amount of speaking on those subjects, mostly locally.
As I mentioned above, there is a lot of information on Health and Fitness for Seniors out there but much of it is contradictory and much of it is from Supplement Sales Promotions. I will continue to provide clear, accurate, useful and inspirational information for all Seniors, all without using AI. You deserve the real thing.
We are all different in our various stages of the aging process. But the basics remain the same: exercise and muscle retention, nutrition, lifestyle factors, and a positive attitude, all necessary for a great quality of life.
To summarize, I will be focusing my communications to include the more “Mature” Seniors. Please stay with me as I make it happen. In addition, I want to increase my audience base, so please feel free to forward this message to anyone you feel would be interested.
Thank you for bearing with me during the recent Security Problem and thank you for reading this Seniorflow Moment.

Moving into my mid 70’s I appreciate you adding info for us healthy 70plus
